Jace Reed, owner
Jace got into construction locally about a decade ago and spent years in water-damage restoration across the Vail Valley, writing insurance estimates for water losses and working with insurers, property managers and homeowners. Jace started Reed Home Solutions to bring that same responsiveness to remodeling: fast answers, clear estimates and work built to last.
Jace is certified to pull building permits, the company is insured, and the team recently completed a fully permitted renovation and room addition in Edwards.

Do you work with second-home owners who are not in town?
Yes. Many of our clients live elsewhere. We coordinate access with your property manager or HOA and keep you updated daily, so you do not need to be on site.
